As an experienced pastry chef, bakery owner, judge, culinarian, and educator I can help you develop your ideas into fruition. I can help update systems, evaluate a business you are interested in purchasing, or develop in house systems for baking and dessert programs. My services would be helpful in both basic preparations and advanced skill development.

In person consulting is $300 per day for a 6 hour session. Sessions are also available virtually in 30 minute blocks. Virtual sessions are $50 per session.
